Martin Aircraft of New Zealand is going to start selling commercial jetpacks for about $75,000.
The brainchild of inventor Glenn Martin who unveiled his machine last July, the jetpack is capable of travelling 30 miles in 30 minutes on a full tank of fuel.
Because it weighs less than 254 pounds (115kg) the jet pack does not require a pilot’s licence.

$75,000 for something that looks like it was built in a garage- seriously! If it looked cool it might be worth paying that much but it just looks unstable, not very solid design, I am sure it works otherwise Glen would not be offering to sell it but seriously, 75G when it looks like that. That’s like me inviting the first car and having a crappy looking body, no design, just bunch of cables and wires and exhaust pipe to move the wheels…. Get my drift? I dream of having a jet-pack but one that looks nice at least. This looks like it won’t last even a few tries.
