“Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.”
— Peter F. Drucker
As the year draws to a close, I am always drawn to take some time to look back over the year. I do this because we humans often zip past our accomplishments so quickly that they are hardly noticed, some goals and dreams are forgotten and I find that people rarely re-assess to determine if what they are working towards is still appropriate to who they are today.
By taking a look at these things, I keep my life current and moving in the direction of what matters most to me.
I invite you to take this annual journey with me. You can find a description of this process in an artice I wrote several years ago called Out With the Old and In With the New.
I hope you will find it valuable and that you will begin the new year with a renewed sense of what matters to you, along with the energy to take it on and make it happen.
Enjoy this holiday season!
